PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO

As a dietary supplement, take 1 Arsenal X® INFERNO liquid-gel in the morning and 1 liquid-gel in the afternoon, preferably with meals and 6-8 oz. of water. On workout days, take 1-2 liquid-gels 30 minutes before your workout; start with 1 liquid-gel to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 liquid-gels per day. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime. Each Arsenal X® INFERNO liquid-gel contains approximately 160 mg of Caffeine. To be used in conjunction with a physical conditioning program.
