As a dietary supplement, take four tablets daily with 8 fl. oz. of water 30-60 minutes before your workout. On non-training days, take first thing in the morning with water.

Genetic-XHD Elite Physique Vitapak
For those of you, along with myself, who were bummed about GNC discontinuing the Elite Physique Vitapak this is the just the updated Mega-Ignite. The "Vitis vinifera" is aka grape seed extract is in here along with the 20g of Niacin as well. The pill even looks exactly the same. Elite Physique was my favorite pack because of THIS pill. Gives you a good pump, you feel energized all without the caffeine feeling. I've had my best workouts and 5k runs when taking these. Glad they're back. Hopefully they bring the entire pack back.

Increased endurance
I'm not too big on lifting but this is great for anyone that's going to run / do cardio for longer than an hour. Muscles never gave out on me even on a 2 hour run!

Great Pump
Helped me put out a few noticeable extra reps with my usual weights, going heavier next week! Also makes you looks a bit more vascular.

Not so much...
While I'm usually a fan and support GNC products, this one just did very, very little.
Most I noticed, was a very slightly better ability to pump out a few more reps when you're so pumped you feel inflexible. Other than that, for the price and what you get, I just didn't notice any results of any nature to report unfortunately.
Could simple be my body composition just doesn't lend itself well to this product, but disappointed as this was wasted $$$ I'm afraid.
I would recommend if someone needs the extra pump to try it and form your own opinions.
