Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4® Original, mixed with 6 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water or performance beverage such as Cellucor Alpha Amino® to stay hydrated. I found that C4 works better for me by mixing more water and taking small sips/drinks between sets. It gives me just enough push as needed, as I go through my workout. Also chasing the mix with water too. It gives the best of both worlds in my workout, by not relying solely on it (C4) and using more natural ability/strength. Ultimately not getting the rush/gitters that comes when consuming it all at once.

Disappointing
This product made me feel nauseous and gittery even after I was done with my workout (of 2 hours ) also gave me a very strong headache and made me feel hot and sweaty at night when I was going to bed (the feeling was terrible as if I had a fever I even had to go out cold water on my neck and face) Yes, it gives you energy but the after effect is not worth it.
