DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Mix each scoop (serving) of GHOST LEGEND® with 6-8oz of water or beverage of choice. Start with 1 scoop or less to assess your tolerance. Consume prior to exercise on training days.

Too much caffeine
Used for two weeks never saw any advantage more than I get from coffee. Going back to C4

The name is not hype!
Due to a medical condition I had to find a good solid pre workout that wouldn't interact with my medications, very hard to do with today's labeling and proprietary blends. Not only was the Ghost Legends label easy to read but just in case I contacted the company and received a real answer within hours from one of the owners! They had looked into it and said there would be no interaction, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Then I tried Ghost Legends and was very happy with the results, GREAT focus, GREAT stamina, and GREAT taste from the watermelon version! I have great workouts with Ghost Legends and will repurchase happily. Also for my doctor noticed that Diabetics could take Ghost Legends and was going to recommend his Diabetic patients take it.

All in all the name is not hype, no jitters or dick stomach and good solid stamina and focus.

Just Okay
Had high hopes for this new item. Their Whey tastes great so thought I would try the PWO too. Nothing much to report sorry to say. It does provide a little boost and pick up but takes a while to kick in, at least for me. It has a good profile so it should work, but in my opinion results fell short. Got a refund on what was left.

Great!
Great preworkout with solid dosing and good choice of ingredients. The sour watermelon flavor is probably the best tasting Pre I have ever had and while not heavy on stims, has a great effect on giving a boost and keeping you going. Defiantly recommend
