Great Products
This is one of my favorite pre workouts. Taste good, good amount of energy and priced great for 60 servings. I use it before regular cardio workouts.

Great Pre-Workout
This Pre-Workout stands out. I not only love this product because of the energy but because it can pump you up and keep you going throughout your workout no matter what. ON has made outstanding products and will be buying more of this product!!

Trash Customer Service GNC

Clumping Powder like concrete in the container
I ordered three containers of this pre-work-out. So far, two of the three containers product was clumped together when I opened it. It was like concrete and I needed a tool to separate it, in order to get enough to use. There was no need for the scope and the "pillow pack" that was suppose to absorb humidity obviously did not work. It seemed like the product worked once I was able to get it out of the container. This has been the only product I have purchased from GNC that has done this and maybe my last purchase of ON.

Tastes good, packs punch
Have sampled a handful. This blends well, Blueberry lemonade is very good. 175 mg of caffeine plus creatine so has a good kick plus you get the ATP without a separate supplement which I like.

Same old stuff
Lots of caffeine and just like most of all the rest. Made me sick at my stomach and crashed like crazy after. Did taste pretty good though.

Works well!
I was looking for a new ore workouts try and I came across this one. The flavor is great tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher and it gives me enough energy to carry through my workout

Pretty good, especially by comparison
I had used Muscle Pharm in the past and paid about double what the GNC Pre-Work Out runs. I've found both to be good and equal in performance. So why pay more?

A tip for use, it says take 1-2 scoops 30 - 45 minutes before your work out depending on tolerance because, like all pre-work out drinks, it does contain a good chunk of caffeine. What I've found to be very effective is to take 1 scoop w/ 8oz of water 30 minutes before and then put another scoop into the 8oz water bottle I sip from during my work out. This keeps that pre-work out amp going longer and generates a better work out.

I tried this product and stopped for a little while to try a different one. The other pre workouts do not compare to this one
