Adults take 4 capsules 3 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs to 12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage. Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternately with Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by the Colon Cleanse for maintenance in between.

I was looking for a cleanser to use before starting my protein shake diet, and this worked great! you take the pills as instructed for no more than 10 days and it cleansing very well. I work in an office setting for 8 hours a day and I was not running back and forth to the bathroom. I highly recommend this product and will be using it again!
