I been taking this product for 6weeks now I changed my diet and don't exercise at all I drive for a living so basically I sit down all day and I lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks using this product with a multi vitamin and it actually works I do take 9 a day tho. I first saw it on dr. Oz show and said oh we'll maybe I'll try it but didn't know it would really work I feel so much better and less blowded in stomach and feel great.

I have been using GNC CLA for about three weeks now, the capsules are large but it is supposed to be worth it. Based on my research it is supposed to aid in the loss of fat. Thus far i see no significant contribution from the use of this product. I exercise on average 4 - 5 times a week with slight weight training and an hour of cardio. Hopefully continual use over a longer period may prove to aid in weight loss.

4/5 stars is the deal. Easy to take and dont have to cycle. I take between 6-8g a day. Usually with food/snack. HEADS UP!!! will take a while to see noticable results (at least 2-3 months) However***, within a couple weeks you notice youre not as hungry and do have a bit more energy. therefore proper diet will also increase metabolism. Not a miracle pill but gives you that extra boost to help with leaning out.

cla really does work for you, you only take one to three a day, you can even take one before bed. they work over time, when you exerises it helps even more, they also give you energy and they do help you loose the belly fat and all but they are a good product...

I purchased this to complete a "make your own" vita pak to complement the vita pak I'm already taking. It does its job well. I have been able to see a gain in lean muscle with a corresponding loss of fat (via a home total body monitor.)
