I'm a ballet dancer, and for the past couple of years my knees always grinded from the strenuous training. Over the past couple of months, my knees would hurt so much to the point where I couldn't even take walking for granted because my knees would grind, swell, inflame, etc.
When someone recommended that glucosamine was good for joints, I hit my nearest GNC and got this brand. It might be a little pricey, but Triflex is not joking when it says, "Fast Acting." It's been about three weeks, and so far, I'm in love with Triflex. The pills' effects kicked in about a 1 1/2 weeks into me taking them daily (about 3-4 times a day). My knees don't grind anymore and they barely hurt anymore!
My only qualm is that because of the required multiple intake, I have a tendency to not be consistent and forget at times. And it can get a little pricey, but all these are forgiven as they are helping out my poor joints. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with joint problems.Pros

This is a fantastic product, I'm 24 and suffering from the beginnings of arthritis in my knees from years of brutal warehouse jobs. This product works amazingly well, about two days after I start another bottle I can start to feel the grinding in my knees ease up and the pain starts going away; usually about a week or two in my symptoms are practically gone. Usually one bottle will last me three months (1 month of taking the pills, and the effects last about another two months after that before I can start to feel the grinding return in my joints). I recommend this to anyone with joint pain, grinding, or popping, this stuff works like magic - however, make sure you get the Fast Acting formula, I've tried the regular formula to save a few bucks and it didn't perform nearly as well as the Fast Acting.

My fiance and I use this product the way the container specifies in the directions-4 a day with food.My fiance had knee problems and they have all but gone away. As for me I have nerve damage in my right arm from work and computer use while taking online classes. I was off my supplements for some time and though it is slow improvement I can tell there is a difference. There was no improvement until I started taking supplements again, mega mens, triflex, and fish oil.
