I saw a magazine ad on this and decided to give it a try. I do a lot of cardio and weight training and this product seems to deliver on what it claims to do. I drink a glass full prior to my workout and then take some to the gym to sip thoughout and it seems like my endurance has improved and my muscles don't feel as fatigued. The taste is great and it mixes well. I'm sure I'll continue to use this in the upcoming months when I go on my trail runs.

I drink this before a 2 hour extremely intense fourwheeler race and I also pack it in my camel pack for during the race. It stops my arms from cramping (arm pump)and keeps my going strong! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it could mix a little better, tends to clump up. Taste great, definitely better than the blue rasberry.

I am a recreational runner and I'm training for my first marathon. I took this for the first time before doing a "yoga sculpt" class which is 60 minutes of sweating cardio hell with weights. I took it about an hour before class started just to make sure it didn't make me sick. I'm glad I did that because it did upset my stomach for a little bit but nothing too bad. I assume this will pass as I use it more. The taste actually wasn't too bad. 14oz. of water is a bit much compared to some other suppliments, but this is by no means the worst tasting of the things I tried. Drink it fast because the only bad part of the taste is in the aftertaste. It mixed pretty well, but not perfect. The powder particles are also very small and light so when you dump it in to the glass it kind of gets everywhere.
It worked pretty well. It didn't help with the strength aspect of the class, but it definitely helped by endurance. Normally I'm dead at the end of the class, but this time I felt like I could keep going. I'm anxious to see how that translates to my running. I had trouble sleeping that night, but that happened the first time I took creatine as well.Pros

Add one scoop to a bike bottle or handheld water bottle for a run with water. Bottle lasts for 1-1.5 hrs, energy lasts for 2-3 hrs. Great product. Does what it says it does. Taste is better than most. More effective than other products I have used from major companies.
