The producy is good but it only contains 1000 mg of cinnamon. I've had to double my doily dosage in order to get 2000 mg cinnamon per day. The product is way too expensive for what you get. I've had to switch to another company for another product called Nature's Bounty High Potency Cinnamon 2000 mg Plus Chromium 400 mcg. I've subscribed to their "Subscribe and Save" program where I get a 15% discount and it's shipped free of charge automatically every month for only[$] a bottle of 60 capsules. It's a much better deal. I hate paying shipping charges.

My 15 yr old daughter was diagnosed with insulin resistance and then eventually PCOS. Her endocrinologist wanted to put her on a medication to lower insulin levels and birth control pills to regulate hormones. Since I am one who doesn't like artificial products I decided to try something natural first. I started with Gymnema Sylvestre, which also works but is more expensive and doesn't taste good. So I switched to this product and it works great!! My daughters blood sugar should fall between 80 and 120 and she consistently reads around 85 by taking 1 of these pills daily.
