This stuff is great alone or mixed in any smoothie, my 8 year old daughter even drinks it. Much cheaper way to get your daily dose of nutrition then to buy any other product. I love it, must try.

I mix in one scoop of my Green Superfood Berry Flavored with my juice each morning before eating my breakfast, then followed by a glass of water. I love that it has everything that my body needs to help it function properly and that it has really helped to boost my immune system. I don't seem to catch colds and other viruses so easily. One draw back about the product is that you must drink it as soon as you stir in the powder or it will start floating in the juice. Also I have found out that I have to drink it in juice to camouflage the taste. I tried just water and it was way too gross tasting for me.
