I combine the wheat grass with the Amazing Grass Green Superfood daily. Mix it with juice for a supercharged supplement. I use it twice a day, and would even take it with me when I travel because I wouldn't want to go without it. It takes a few days to adjust to the texture, but once you do you'll love it!
