I've been taking these since June and my hair has grown not as much as i wanted it to but it's growing and it is a lot thicker.
i'm a nail biter and i'm noticing that my nails are growing in stronger thus making the disgusting habit of mine difficult to achieve!
i notice a few are complaining about this dosage causing acne.biotin is a water soluble vitamin so you MUST drink PLENTY of water to prevent acne breakouts.
I try to drink at least a gallon of water a day so i haven't experienced any break outs.. knock on wood.

These pills broke my skin out horribly. I started developing acne all around my cheeks. They were hard pimples and in-grown. Will not be taking these pills anymore. I will be throwing them out. This dose is NOT doctor recommended either. Take are your own risk
