i have used this is the past and started taking it again and i love it! it helped me during my workout and helped me run SO much further then normal. people talk about the stomach pains but you must drink a lot of water with this product and eat a little something before taking it. i personally have not had any of the stomach pains so with anything you take there are side affects with different people.

It definitely wakes me up and gives me energy. I take it 30 before work out and I have plenty of energy to keep going. They pill are big and hard to swallow. Co-worker recommended them to me and gave me a sample. I place an order right away.

This is a good product. Works very well for me I take one in morning about 15-20 min before workout. Keeps me pumped during my hour workout.
A few things to consider. I started taking 2 before workout it was defintily a bigger bang, but I like to drink coffe once i go to work. This must over stimulate u. I crash hard about 1-2 pm. They say don't drink coffee with this product. I still do but not after taking 2. Unless I can take a afternoon nap.
Over all a lot cheaper than energy drinks for about the same bang.Pros

I have always taken a pre-workout drink. ALWAYS. Seems like I've tried 'em all. These little gems work as good as any of 'em. Better than most of 'em. Costs less than all of 'em. I haven't used a pre-workout drink in weeks.

The pill worked better when i first stared taking it, but now its like taking a small cut of coffee. It do not get you all hyper which was what i was wanting out of it. It mainly allows me to work out longer. But it burns like hell if u dont take the pill fast enough. So yes it dos work but i dont know if its worth [$].

i take 3 pills 30-45 mins. before a workout. they do help,when i use them i sweat a lot more during my workout, they dont really give me any energy but with excercise and taking these i have lost 15 pounds in about 2 weeks so they must be doing something.
