I went years with bad knee pain, saw many doctors, and stopped running for over a year. This product was recommended and was the only thing that helped. If I remember to take these pills regularly I can run pain free! I would HIGHLY recommend using these if you have any knee pain while running.

Has pretty much all that you need in a joint product. That's what makes it sometimes hard to find other joint supp that would complement this one because it already has almost everything you need. Highly recommended, esp when it's on sale! White willow bark, tumeric, and boswella would be good complements as well. Though instaflex has those ingredients in their product, it's not in significant amounts as individual supplements.
