I separated it into two containers, one for cooking & one for personal use. Relieves dry itchy skin and like it to moisturize my face. There's very little scent and it doesn't bother my allergies. Tried it for cooking and baking, and it's very good.

I put a tsp. in each cup of coffee or hot tea that I drink. I use it when I get out of the shower. I even put it on my face & the Lauric Acid has cleared my blemishes & it is fine to use under my mineral make-up. It gives my face a healthy glow. My child has exczema and we are using it to clear up her skin, she is also developing pimples & bumps on her face & it's not too oily to apply at night & it's clearing up her face too! If you go to the Nutiva website it gives all kinds of testimonies on this product & I have to agree with everyone that it is awesome, a great buy & health beneficial. I will be buying more, just wish I could get a larger amount from GNC.
