Im about halfway through a 45day cycle. Not to much seen for weight loss I have been stuck at my current weight after droppin a good amount over last 3months thought this would help, so for hasn't. I am increasing weight on all lifts so I guess its muscle weight increasing. The crazy sex drive increase this has is nuts almost to much lol. Hope to see my bmi go down soon. It would of got a 5 if it had a little more faster effect.

I saw a differnce in strength while taking this product. It helped me set a couple P.R's. I was at a plateau before I took this. But during week 2 of taking this I notcied my lifts going up and my strength going up.

After hearing everyone praise this product, I decided to give it a try. Let me say that I have tried other similar products and had pretty good results. I used two bottles for the maximum cycle before you have to take a 4 week break. I did not notice much in terms of energy, strength, or endurance. Sex drive did go up but that's not why I purchased it. The problem was that I was constantly sore and not recovering. My strength did not increase at all and I was not gaining any mass. This is while I'm eating 3,500 calories a day. Also, I was not sleeping well. I woke up constantly throughout the night (which is probably why I wasn't recovering). The funny this is that once I stopped taking it, strength and mass gains have greatly increased.

Great for men over 20, because our bodies have naturally slowed testosterone production. Take before bed and in the morning with a meal. Gives the extra energy to workout on top of a full schedule and the energy and focus to bang out a couple extra reps each set. Make sure to follow the directions properly however, as if you don't you can mess up your body's natural testosterone production.

I did copious amounts of research to combat what I thought could only be decreased testosterone. I had all the symptoms. A couple of years ago I was always finishing strong, able to keep up with most of the 'hammerheads' on our rides. The past couple of years my performance has decreased to where I was getting dropped on FLATS. I started taking the P6 a little over a month ago and I have literally increased my avg speed by over 2 mph on my (almost) daily one hour rides. They could have ground up marshmallow in these pills, but it doesn't matter. P6 extreme has improved my performance exponetially in the past month. As of yesterday, the wife and I recorded our best time in our daily "time-trial" for the THIRD DAY IN A ROW. You should be skeptical of reviews that you read, but I can assure you that I'm an actual user of this product and would recommend it to any athlete.

I cant say enough on how well this product has improved my workouts. I had previously plateau'd on several of my workouts and this product began busting through them. I have increased my weight and repetition range on nearly all of my workouts and have seen noticeable muscle size increases everywhere. I have not been disappointed with this product at all and will continue to use it till i hit my goal size.
