I exercise 5 days a week and follow a 1,200 calorie diet. I've lost 54 lbs on my own, but have a trip coming up in May and was looking for something to give me an extra boost to try to get bikini ready for Mexico. I bought this supplement on sale, after buying P6 for my husband (which I'm not sure was effective either), and C4 that we both use before running. I thought that since this was a popular and "well researched" (sales reps words) brand that maybe it would work. I started taking it March 4th, and the first week I weighed in at 176 for a 1 lb loss. After that, my weight fluctuated between 176 and 180 the entire time I took the pills, even though I increased my intensity in my runs and added more strength training to my routine. I stopped taking the pills 5 days ago and have already lost 2.3 lbs. I feel like I've completely wasted over a month of my time by taking this supplement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I was 185lbs when I started taking D4 a yr ago,I lost 40lbs n 4month working out only 1hour 3days a week. D4 made me hungry I ate all day and loss weight. I did watch what I ate fast food only once a week, but I ate at least 4 meals a day plus snacks and I have now been off D4's for 6 months and have only gain 10lbs back I think that is great, I also stop working out @ the same time. So back to my D4 TS I go and back to my beautiful body n time enough for the summer I am 40yrs old with 3 children with my high school figure back after 20 yrs THANKS to D4 TS everyone that is @ least 20lbs overweight please try it u will feel better look better and OMG be so proud of urself again!I know I am, I know it is alittle expensive,but trust me it's so worth it...I am a true customer, I never write on these comment logs, but I had to share my wonderful experience because everyone deserve happiness and D4 will bring u happiness and a since of pride in urself, So go out get u some D4 TS and get ur journey started u will feel the differece within a week, good luck and God Bless!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this product. I had used super HD in the past and was pleased with the results. I originally was going to purchase OxyElite again but the GNC associate informed me it was being discontinued and recommended D4. After 3 weeks of taking D4, my energy has decreased dramatically, along with my results. I workout 6 days a week (doing Insanity) and follow a healthy diet (body for life). I purchased two bottles and hopefully I will be able to exchange the unopened bottle for another product.

Bought this about 5 days ago and the first few days was a little. 59 years old and trying to lose pounds gained when I was unemployed.
Ihad plateuaed and wanted something to drop another 8 - 10 pounds. so far seems to be working.
Have dropped 4 pounds already but I am not eating as much either.
Only thing I would say is it is less expensive on line elsewhere!
