People need to understand this is not a weight loss supplement, It is a dietary supplement to aid in the loss of fat around the mid-section. This supplement does its job, gives an energy boost and promotes fat loss to make your mid-section slimmer. You need to eat a clean healthy diet in order to lose weight, diet is the main source of the process. Your body needs all of its nutrients. This is not suppose to reduce your food intake, nor make you eat less. It is meant to aid in the process and increase your workout. I would recommend BCAA with this supplement to increase your workouts. I enjoyed this product it works and I can see a huge difference in my core and my mood! Thank you Cellucor. GNC will price match anything online inside the store, I got mine at a cheaper price.

What a waste of my money, this product was expensive, so I THOUGHT I would have some kind of results. After almost six weeks of cutting down my eating and heading to the gym along with taking this meds,All it did was made me two pounds lighter.

I stacked this with Cellucor Super HD and I didnt see any results after four weeks. If you burp up anything 10-20 mins after taking T7 be ready for a cayenne pepper fire drill in your throat. The product advertises mid-section support but I've noticed no changes in my mid-section for the four weeks I was on it. I workout 5-7 days a week for 30-90 minutes a time. I weightlift 2-3 days a week and run for the other 3-4 days 4-10 miles per day on average. I eat healthy foods as well. Was hoping for a boost from this pill but did nothing.

This product is on a shelf by itself, being stim-free and all, but it is one of those products that isn't very effective by itself. Obviously a good diet and training regimen are critical in weight loss, but this product sees its greatest use when stacked with other Cellucor products like D4 Thermal Shock, or Super HD. I cannot say much about it in terms of taking it by itself, because my body does not react to stim free products when trying to lower the body fat. I have always been a lean guy, so losing weight was never really a need for me, but I tested this product for half of its cycle by itself to lower my bf %, but after not seeing much results, I decided to finish the last half of the cycle by stacking it with D4 Thermal shock, and the first day I felt a bit light headed (1 hr after dosage) because the combination of the two was a bit much for my body, but I built up tolerance to it and was fine the next day. I did notice some nice results from the two together.

This is an easy to take pill so there are no worries of having to force down some bad tasting powder or anything. My body must only respond to caffeine as a weight loss supplement because I noticed the stim free products, like this one, didn't give me many results.

I do not want to tell you to not buy this product and to stick with the stimulant contained products, becasue that would be misleading. I did not respond to this product, but that doesn't mean you won't either, so if you do not want the caffeine, and you want to try and drop a few pounds, T7 is the product you want to use. At least give it a try and then if nothing happens, stack it with another fat loss product. Because like I said above, stacking it with something worked wonders for me!! I gave it a rating of 3 of 5 stars because of having the need to stack it with something.

Cellucor line is my brand of choice!!!

I started taking T7 Extreme about 3-1/2 weeks ago, I weighed myself on the first day and then did my normal exercise and took the pills as directed, it did make my stomach upset so I ate alittle something, I weighed myself the next day and down 3 pounds, after the first day it didn't upset my stomach anymore, man at GNC recommended this product I wanted to stimulate my metabolism and he also recommended I take Lychee Mango super chews with the morning pills, I have so far lost 9 lbs, and it does curb my appetite even though I don't have a big appetite anyway, so far the combination of the 2 has worked for me, won't hit my goal before the pills are gone have 5 lbs to go but it gave me the boost I needed

My profile: female, mid 30's, 2 kids, full time job, and I still workout 5-6 days a week. Goal: Training for 10k and trying to lose those last 10 pounds of baby weight

Other products I've used: Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, Cellucor C4, and Essential Amino Energy.

T7 Extreme is an expensive product and works very well stacked with Cellucor C4. I've used the product for 3 weeks now and I haven't lost weight, but my BMI has decreased by 2.2%, which is pretty awesome. The first few days on T7 I experienced some flushing/sweating, which were short lived. Drink lots of water otherwise you may get a nasty aftertaste in your mouth.

I recommend this product if you are looking for something mild, or if you are looking for something without caffeine. Yes, the Cellucor C4 has caffeine in it, which I believe is why it stacked well with the T7.

This product did nothing for me. If you don't eat after taking in the morning you feel sick. The sales associate said it would curb my appetite, which it didn't. Plus, the product cost way too much.

The woman at GNC talked me and my boyfriend into buying the T7 since stimulants don't agree with me, we both took it as directed for about 3 weeks and it did absolutely nothing for the both of us. The only thing I noticed was it made me nauseous after taking it in the morning. I would not recommend this product and recommend keeping your money as it is not a cheap product.
