Since I have been using the Calcium Complete, along with weight-bearing exercise, my bones have built up to osteopenia and even normal from osteoporosis. It took some months, but it worked. Every woman over the age of 40 should be taking a calcium supplement to avoid osteoporosis. This one is great as it has vitamin D built in. I can't take the recommended dosage, I only take one a day, but I figure even that counts.
