As a dietary supplement, based on published kinetic data, take 3 capsules 90 minutes before a workout on empty stomach or 2-3 hours before a workout with or without food, whicheveris more convenient for you. If training within 2 hours of waking, consume 3 capsules upon waking, with or without food. If you weigh 140 pounds or less, begin by taking 2 capsules. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may add 1 additional capsule per workout based upon the following weight chart:
- <140 lbs : 2 Capsules
- 141-190 lbs: 3 Capsules
- 191-230 lbs: 4 Capsules
- 231 lbs +:4-5 Capsules

In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

this product worked really well when i first started taking it. I'd always have to use it sparingly tho because after a couple of consecutive uses, you stop feeling it. this became a once in a blue moon product for me. but on those days i took it, it did its job. the most annoying thing is the timing. you need to take it on an empty stomach and you wont feel the effects for at least an hour. that means you'll also have to wait a couple hours after eating to take it, maybe even longer depending on what you ate. taking it with a little food in the stomach will prevent the effects of this

I've been taking this product for over a month, and now that I'm through the entire bottle I can confidently say I was quite disappointed with the effects. I would take 3 pills before a workout as directed, sometimes 4 and sometimes I think my energy was elevated a bit, and maybe my muscles were slightly firmer, but these effects were so subtle infact that they were probably derived mostly from the placebo effect.

This product works. I take maybe 1 or 2 sometimes 3 pills combined with ravage beyond raw 1/2 to a full bottle whether I work out at home or at the gym. It gets me where I want to go with my workouts with enough steam left over for lite cool down stretching exercises.
