I use this according to the directions; 10 minutes before my work out. I also use it before I go to work since I am on my feet all day. I noticed A change the day after I first used it. I have 2 kids, after my daughter was born I have had a hard time toning my legs back up, this has really helped along with regular exercise. I've read the poor rating on this product, all of them seem to think that you just have to put it on to see results. but the truth is if you exercise, you are burning fat, this product is suppose to increase that with regular activity and help tone.

The first several applications - your skin gets hot and even itchy. I noticed an immediate difference though. I have been using it a few days now and can't wait to see the results after a couple weeks.
