I like the fact that it has keratin and biotin together, the two structures that make up hair. I am on my fifth bottle and really enjoying the results. I usually buy two at a time, cause for some reason my GNC store is not given a large stock of it, so sometimes it's hard to find. I have to order it and even then the warehouse has none in stock. They always go on sale for a "2for" bogo 1/2 off the second....I like that!

I have a severe deficiency on my keratin (biotin) levels and this product help me a lot in regards to my skin and hair growth. Started seeing the positive changes very quickly. The only thing to keep in mind is that in stores is difficult to find.

Since my early 20's, I've have soft nails that tear easily, and lots of ugly ridges in my nails, too! I have been taking Keratin Enhance for three months and my nails are strong and the ridges are almost gone. I'm even looking forward to sandal season for the first time. My toenails will be o.k. to show! This stuff works. . . Oh! My hair is fuller, too!
