When I can get in a routine where I am active and actually taking the recommended dosage EVERY day, I can really notice a difference. I have more energy throughout the day, don't get tired as early, and wake up easier. Just generally feel better. I'll find that it takes about a week of constant use to really notice the difference, but this stuff works.

I took the normal dosage for months and had a reaction the last time I took it. I am now extremely consitpated, having urinary issues, and issues performing. Very ill right now as a result of this product!!!!!

I think this had a negative effect to my sexual performance. Was taking it but not working out as vigorously or often as usual so maybe that had something to do with it. But I was not the usual me.
