I pack a couple of these when I go to the gym and take them during my workouts. I just keep them in my pocket usually and take one shot during the middle of my workout. Muscles absorb protein extremely fast if you consume it during your workout; so it gives me an extra push to finish up. On the days I don't feel like mixing a shake (which is often) I will just take the Gel shot before and after as well. Tropical mango and Key lime taste great, there my best flavors.

The taste is great for both lime and mango but the product is so thick you will need water to wash it down. It works great for a pre-workout shot. I take this and USPlabs Jack3d and i have never felt so good during a workout and after I will take another shot to recover for the next day.

So easy to carry with you in your gym bag to use after workouts. Tastes so much better than protein powder. Good to use as snack in between meals at work. Highly recommend this product.
