I bought this product hoping it would really boost my energy and curb some appetite. Unfortunately, i hardly saw any improvement on my energy levels so I increased my intake and that seemed to work a little better. However, the energy I received from taking these chews was minimal. Might work for others but not for what I expected. If you are really wanting to boost your energy and feel fuller I would try a different product.

The first couple of times the taste may be a tad 'unconventional' but nothing atrocious or terrible. After a few days I actually find it to taste pretty good.
However I did not find the product made me feel any fuller. As a matter a fact just this afternoon I pop in two of these and I made a point to see if my appetite got surpressed or hunger decreased. I had forgotten to bring my lunch to work and was too busy to go out and get something. I was starving by about 1 pm...Unfortunately it didn't decrease my hunger one bit.Pros

These didn't taste bad going down and they did make me feel full. But all I had to do is eat 1 and they upset my stomach and made my breath taste bad for days.

For the value, and the comments, I thought long and hard to buy this. It literally made me ill. It is possibly the worst tasting product I have ever tried. It is very chalky and it upset my stomach bad. Please save your money, I bought it and will return it asap.
