I had been drinking the diet turbo tea for 4 years during workouts. Decided to give this a try and it was wonderful. Lots of flavor for not having any sugar or calories. I had also been drinking energy drinks at work each day. Started drinking this in its place during work as well and noticed a big improvement. I noticed after the first week my hunger was less and less during the day where I would normally over eat. Going to stick to this product for a while now.
