I took this as a pre-workout supplement but after taking one dose I wasn't able to even go workout. I had the shakes real bad, and my heart felt like it was going to come out of my chest. I was sweating real bad and my eyes were blood shot. Needless to say this was the only dose that I took.

Also used it on non-workout days but took it only in the morning with breakfast.

I bought the product, then read the reviews of yohimbe, so I took half the dose. I felt the nausea and shivers almost until 21 hours later. I decided that like all of the AMP line, I would eliminate one of the pills, yohimbe was it. I didn't change anything else, but in less than one month, my belly fat was disappearing. I'm sure it's the X12, and love the energy...just avoid the yohimbe.

I had a similar reaction to this VitaPak... Unfortunately I was at work when the VitaPak kicked in. I'd had breakfast, a decent omelet, a protein shake; I'm training for about 6 "Mud Runs" this coming summer and decided to start myself on a possibly better set of Vitamins... Back to being at work... Being an elementary school teacher myself - my coworkers and boss weren't too comfortable with me going through what really did physically look like the DTs; I was shaking, sweating, panting, running to toilet to puke. My boss, a kind woman, had a coworker drive me to the ER. The Doctor there and I had pulled up the AMP Pak ingredient list on my iPhone and he immediately pointed out that the intense combination of the NO, caffeine, etc. etc. and then, bug eyed, he yelped, "Oh! Yohimbe! Yes, that is what this is." They IV flushed it from my system and I was back home with a valium in my stomach and sleep, sleep, sleep.
Now, am I saying "DO NOT BUY THIS!!!?" No... I'm saying - this is what happened to me; I'm pretty good with GNC, loyal even, I really appreciate their products and have for years and every time, without exception, that I have decided to sway from GNC and try another brand? Hell... Once my farts from another multi-vitamin were so rancid my girlfriend refused to come into my apartment for a week.
Anyway - I'll always buy my vitamins and supplements from GNC - they are always good quality. Just not this product.
Maybe it will work for others - I saw a review on here of a fellow who had spanned the pills out through the day, seemed legit.- My Beauty Routine Takes:

I was told by employees at GNC about this product, how good it is and effectiveness as well as how to use it. Did exactly what he said and directions on the box. After the first use I felt very nauseated, shaking and jitteriness, vomiting, restlessness and terrible headaches. I immediately discontinued use. I really wish I would have read reviews on this product and got more info before I wasted my money on it. I will be taking it back to the store and getting my money back. I am completely dissatisfied and will no way recommend to anyone.
