I used this product for a week. And the daily vitamin, anabolic primer and the tribulus terrestris work great!!! I was always hungrier after I took these pills. Worst part was that the creative pills don't digest sometimes. They were still in my stool sometimes so I give a poor review about the creative but a good review about the other pills.

I have been taking this product for 3 days. I take it as soon as I get off work heading to the gym. By the time i arrive at the gym I feel the boost of energy I had previsouly been lacking after a long day at the office. I can complete my lifting circuit will lesser effort then befor. At the end of my lifitng routine, I still have plenty of energy to get some cardio in.
I have seen a couple of people had problems digesting the multi vitamin (Brown Caplets) and the Creatine (White Caplets). I Cut mine in half and take them with plenty of water. I have not noticed any issues digesting them,
I purchased a two month supply. I plan on finishing all two months.Pros

I Use this product once a day with food.
there are 6 pills, seems like a lot to take at the same time, you can space them out through out the day or simply take them all at once.

I am 48. I was taking C4 and always loved it but then finally added A-HD and Solid and saw better results but nothing to write home about. Then I added the Strenth Vitapac to my A-HD/Solid and C4 (before workout) and wow what a difference! Taken all together I have had much more aggressive workouts and started squating again.
Look, none of this is steroids. The guy at GNC tried to tell me A-HD and Solid where a molocule away from being a steroid...right! There not going to do miracles but they definately increase your desire to lift aggressively (along with protien) and that increase in intensity is what will help you see gains. Remember, you have to try differnt things together to see what works for you. All supplements are not worthless you just gotta find the one/s that work for you.
Oh ya, I also double up on the creatine on my workout days. And I have had no issues of it being undigested in my poop.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was taking the Ripped Vitapak for 2 months, then decided that I want to put on a little bit more mass and strength in my workouts. So, I have started on the Strength Vitapak program. I take the 2 multi-vitamins with food, at lunch I take the T-Boost with anabolic primer and 30 minutes before workout I take the 2 creatine tabs. It seems like the best way to take them all in the day. After using the Ripped and loving the results that I noticed, i'm sure this product will do as it is supposed to. I will know in a week or two.

Everything is great with everything Im taking from GNC, besides the creatine pills in the strength pak. They will not digest and I find the whole pills in my fecal matter. This is a problem since I spend good money on this product!

Great product....I am not working out for mass but rather a guy that runs and also lifts. This product helps me retain muscle even though I do a lot of cardio through running and has kept me from becoming a completely skinny runner. I retain the muscle I have and have been able to build a little and get a little bit cut in the process.
