When i first tried this product i did lose the swelling in my ankles for over 3 days. But now my ankles do swell, then go back down to normal, then swell again, so is no consistancy. I have noticed some reduction in my hair loss, but are still some days where i still have a handful after shampooing.
I think it just needs to be a little stronger in the iodide part. At least my ankles are not staying in the swollen mode 24/7 now.- My Beauty Routine Takes:
