The built-in pump makes this container very easy to use and it works quite well. However, the problem is with what's inside.......this lube is very thick, and quickly becomes sticky and tacky. I have found myself wiping it off alltogether on more than one occasion.

Well, I reviewed this product before as I'm very pleased with the quality of the Jo products overall but like how Jo not only lubricates but also seems to keep the area moist for a long time afterwards which is both soothing and healing.

So I'm back this time to speak about the surprising excellent customer service from GNC. Nearly 10 days had passed and still no package, I use the shipping notice to lookup the order status... and guess what? A UPS "Exception" and some cryptic language about damage to the package. The bottle must of leaked during shipping (I'm trying to imagine the type of damage 16oz of a personal silicon lubricant did to all the packages under it)... hmmm

Well, I figured I'd start with GNC customer service, expecting a run-around or long hold times. After about 3 short hops in the automated voice service, I was connected to a positive, up-beat customer service rep. After explaining the situation, she verified the shipping notice and put another order in. No hassle, no trouble... a perfect experience.

I like buying Jo in bulk as we do use it - I'd highly recommed pouring it into a stylish soap dispensor with a separate pump that can be operated one-handed so that you don't have to interrupt your partner to find the bottle, sit upright to dispense, etc...hence disrupting the mood. Just a suggestion.

All in all, I know that GNC has partnerships with other providers, but they take full accountibility and the experience was effortless. So far, I'm very impressed.

I've tried a variety of products and System-Jo silcon based lubricant lasts the longest and prevents any discomfort afterwards. After searching several sites, I was very happy to find that GNC carries some jo products and thrilled to find that they carried the bulk 16 oz size. I've used GNC products most of my life.

We especially like the pump top on the bottle as the smaller bottles have to be picked up, opened, squeezed, spilled - killing the mood.

The package arrived well protected and a few days earlier than we expected - and even at the best price I could find. I couldn't be any happer with the entire experience. I'm considering ordering another bottle just to stock up.
