Okay, this product is absolutely unbelievable. Make sure you use it as directed. For me I weigh 220 lbs. I took 2.5 scoops before I workout and 2.5 scoops after my workouts. On my days off I took three scoops in the morning. You have to take this product religiously for it to work. I saw awesome improvements in my size and strength. I put on more than a pound a week doing full body workouts. Great for athletes.

First off, it says 48 servings but it is based on body weight, one scoop per 100 lbs, so at 200 lbs it was already cut to 24 servings. I seen zero results and did not gain in any of my lifts. It is good for recovery and tastes pretty decent. I am going with a simple creatine monohydrate from now on, Con-Crete just didn't do it for me in the strength department.

The recommended use for this product tells you to take an hour prior to workout, In my case with my mixture of supplements i found it at greater value to my body and my recovery to take it right after my workout. This product taste great way easier to get down then most products i have tried. It can be a little deceiving from the container it comes in, first time i have tried micro-scoops and will defiantly not be the last time.

The packaging is definitely the right size for the product since the recommended dosage is about 1/2 a teaspoon. I originally thought "What a waste of money!" since the packaging is so small.
The flavor is better than the Monster Amino Blue Raspberry. The package states to take this 1 hour prior to exercising, but I think that is a little exaggerated and should probably be about 30 to 45 minutes. I find that 1 scoop is plenty. This product definitely provides your muscles with energy and allows for longer exercise periods without muscle fatigue.
The best thing is that there is no caffeine in the product, so the creatine alone generates the necessary muscle energy.
The only down side is that the high energy expense during exercising causes me to be very tired at night.Pros
