The first day I took con-cret, I noticed an immediate difference. I could bench more and I didn't get tired nearly as fast. I felt like I had so much more energy. I have been taking con-cret creatine for a month now, and I have built a considerable amount of muscle since then. No unwanted fat-gain, mixes easy, boosts energy, helps gain muscle, tastes good (good enough). I highly recommend it. My ONLY complain would be the price, but for any serious lifters, it's worth it.

Concrete is it! I don't know what it is but this stuff really wakes my muscles up. It works better than any other creatine I've tried, and I don't have to urinate every 10 minutes after taking it. I stack it with Jack3d and I never want to leave the gym.
