Keep in mind that sitting on a train or car or on an airplane demands much less energy than your daily work-a-day activities, so listen to your body's needs and eat only when hungry.

I am recovering from MAJOR abdominal surgery and am on an extremely limited diet. There's very little that i can eat (basically liquid). For an indefinite amount of time, I am struggling to get in enough calories and protein to balance my diet and not starve. If you like pudding, which most people do, you'll really like this product. High in protein, no sugars, very low in carbs, this is an excellent protein/nutrition supplement, for a workout buff, or a TV remote buff, lol. The only negative aspects of this product is the sodium content of a serving, and the lack of any fiber, but those are not major obsticles to overcome. You should be drinking plenty of water anyway, to combat the sodium, and there's plenty of ways to get fiber other than this product, try it, you'll like it...
