As a dietary supplement, take for up to 8 weeks before discontinuing us for a minimum of 4 weeks. Take one serving (3 capsules) 60 to 90 minutes before training on an empty stomach to establish tolerance. After personal tolerance has been established, you can use the dosing chart to optimize the product’s effects:

In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

Thanks cellucor for letting me review NO3. Solid Product that works with great pumps that for sure. Im over 200 lbs so for me I have to push the dose to 6 which is no big deal other that the bottle wont last that long. I guess I would have to say thats why there is a bigger bottle ;)

take this 20 minutes before with c4 and when you start lifting you will know this has kicked in. veins on arms and shoulders were popping out like crazy. even had some veins showing on my chest which is crazy. easy to swallow capsules and only took 3 to get the job done.

Gotta say this product definitely does what it says. I took 3 caps and put them straight into my c4 and awayyyyyy I went. A half hour later my veins were poppin and my muscles were ready to go. I've always had a hard time getting a good pump during chest exercises, not with this. My whole chest felt activated and I felt like my muscles were going to tear my skin apart. I absolutely loved everything about it. These didnt have much of a taste since I mixed it straight into my pre workout. If anyone out there has been pondering trying this like I know I was, give it a try. I promise it wont disappoint.

Effectiveness 10/10
Holy cow. My blood vessels are showing more than ever. My vascularity has never been that great due to genetics and now with NO# it is awesome! I do not understand why this product is under rated so much.
Anyways that is not why this product gets a 10 from me. I have only been taking this product for 6 days now along with M5 Extreme. The pump you get from one serving of M5 and 3 capsules of NO3 Chrome is insane. My workouts have never been so good. I can add that extra one or two reps to every set I do.
Value 10/10
N03 chrome has the best ingredients you will find in a vasodilator. This gets a value rating of 10/10 because of its effectiveness and ingredient profile. The Pycnogenol and the L-Norvaline are just two of the great ingredients you will see in this product. If you use C4,N-Zero, or M5 it just makes them even better.
Mixability 10/10
I had to add a mixability section because I open my capsules and put them right into my M5 or C4. The taste of the powder inside is so neutral that you will not taste any difference. I do this so I do not have to take the capsules 60 to 90 minutes before my workout! Quicker absorption!Pros

I took this in conjunction with C4 for promotional use to review. I initially didn't see any affects but started taking them and pouring into my C4 about 30 minutes prior to a workout. I already knew the affects of C4 but the NO3 heightened them greatly. The most noticeable was the hardness/fullness of muscles after around a week. Definition becomes way more visible and you can start to see the affects of the nitrous oxide in your veins. Love the product and have had zero complaints with any Cellucor product thus far. I highly recommend to anyone that is trying to get that extra boost in their workout.

This product works really well. I use to take GNC's Arginine 5000 2x a day which would be 10G of arginine. Well with this product I noticed the pumps were just as good if not a little better. The only thing I didnt like about this product. I get canker sores every now and then but this product made them come in badly. But I guess that shows its working better.

This product is a bit pricey but if your looking for the best product out there to give you the best results with vascularity you need to try this. I bought 2 bottles for a month supply and after the 2nd week I had people commenting on my veins in my arms asking what happened. It will increase your pumps during workout but word to the wise be careful with what you stack this with. I got crazy and was mixing C4 with assault and taking this and taking a third no3 oxidizer and after 30 minutes I was laying on my couch feeling like my heart was about to explode through my chest so take low doses and work your way up and find your dose. Expect to see results within 2 weeks.

Easy the best pump product ever. I started out with just 3 pills and nothing else just to feel the product alone. And OMG the best pump I've gotten from anything else I have tried (Hemavol, Speed Xtreme, Jack3d, NO XPLODE, Beast Mode) and it was just 3 pills with nothing else. Next workout is even better took 2 Scoops of C4 ( one of pink lemonade, and one scoop of Icey blue razz to make an amazing flavor called "purple haze") and I took 4 pills and easily the best workout I have ever had in such a long time. If you are questionable about this product buy the 21 Cap. Just to test it out and once you experience what many others and I have, you will never go back. As they say once you go black you never go back! ( you will get the feeling of a god)
