As a dietary supplement, take for up to 8 weeks before discontinuing us for a minimum of 4 weeks. Take one serving (3 capsules) 60 to 90 minutes before training on an empty stomach to establish tolerance. After personal tolerance has been established, you can use the dosing chart to optimize the product’s effects:

In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

This is a sweet product. I just take 3 caps, pull them apart, mix the contents with 2 scoops of C4. Then just wait for the burst of energy, and the tingle on your skin. Def a very vascular sup.

I picked this product up after testing out WB2 and quite frankly thinking WB2 was the worst supplement/use of money ever.
I had a couple sample packets of this that I tried out, and knew the product had something different ... after grabbing a full bottle of this and 2 weeks of use later, I can definitely say this product is way beyond WB2. I get lasting pumps during my workouts, and have noticeably increased vascularity (both of which were absent in 3 weeks of testing the WB2).
The fact you can either take the pills separately (preferred on an empty stomach), or by cracking them open and pouring the powder into your pwo gives you the ability to tailor this to how you like it best with your schedule, which is a huge plus imo for this product over others!
If you really want your workout to be something else ... I even tried combining this with C4. I had everything, energy/focus/pumps/vascularity, just simply one of the craziest back workouts I've been through in a long time!
If you get the chance, I'd def suggest picking this or C4 up and trying either of them out alone, and then trying them together. You won't be disappointed, and if you are the company stands by their products 100%! (now that's what I'm talking about for a company that believes in their products!)Pros

When it comes to working out the best feeling is getting that pump. With this product not only do you get that feeling you get it fast, and you will have that feeling for hours after your workout. It stacks great with C4 and very easy to stack all you need is three pills and hour and half before your workout. If you don't have that much time you can open the pills and pour them into your C4 to hit your system faster there is no side effects what's so ever. So I'd you want your muscles to fill hard as rocks take this with c4 or M5

I have tried NANO x9 and NANO Vapor and this product surpasses all of them! I have defenatly noticed a difference using this product! I am able to do more reps and I have actually gone up on everything like squat and bench! I have been able to go up at least 10lbs. a week on my workout weight! The price isn't that bad because this product uses the best ingredients along with all of Cellucor's products!
P.S. To get best results, stack with C4! It really works!Pros

I was on plasmajet and I cycled off for a month. I decided to give this a try since plasmajet is not available anymore. Anyway, this product did not enhance my pumps more than the normal pump plus this product is very expensive. I would suggest trying something else.

Into to my second week of Cellucor stacking with N03+C4+P6. The combination is a breeze to follow. Waited to review incase the first week was a fluke. By far it was not. Goals that I had set for weeks from now got surpassed last week. This week exceeded last week again. Also, no weird after taste if you take on an empty stomach.

I really like this product with the Arginne Nitrate and the pycnogenol and grape seed extract; I weigh 205 and so take 6 tables about an hour before workout. I also take arginnine in the morning and so usually its my 2nd dose for the day. Thus far, this is the best workout product and has absolutely no stimulant feel, so you feel good in the gym. As always, either whey or creatine post workout only!
