Received this as a Christmas gift and after only using it maybe 6 times, the motor died. Tried to return/exchange it but there is only a 30 day warranty so I've got a great looking juicer that doesn't work.

I purchased this a few months ago as I decided I wanted to start juicing. It works relatively well as I've learned how to use the juicer. When adding vegetables you must not overstuff the shaft. It definitely juices vegetables and fruits well as long as you set it to the right speed for what's being juiced. I reiterate not to overstuff the shaft. I've juiced beets, greens, ginger, apples, pears, sweet potatoes and cabbage; pineapples and papaya are good but messy. The key to using is to research what are the best fruits and vegetables for juicing. I've never tried to extract juice from nuts and/or wheat grass and not sure how they work.

Bottom line if you are just starting to juice and uncertain about whether this is something you're going to do long term this juicer is perfect.

Clean up is relatively easy. I recommend putting a plastic bag (I use a Baggie) in the pulp container which reduces the amount of time to clean. The break down for cleaning is easy and the reassembly is easy. As with anything you must develop a pattern that works for you.

I bought this thinking that I would be able to get started juicing...however, after one use I realized you get what you pay for. I found pieces of fruit that were still whole in the pulp bin, and even after sending the pulp through twice, I still was left with a small bowl full of wet pulp that was filled wth juice. I feel like the juicing is so expensive already, I can't afford to waste that much with a juicer that doesn't do its job. So I returned it and they gave me my money back, fortunately!

THIS JUICER IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF $ YOU CAN SPEND. IT BROKE THE SECOND DAY I HAD IT AND GNC WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK!!! IT DID AN OK JOB FOR THE 3 TIMES I USED IT BEFORE IT WOULD NO LONGER TURN ON..... DO NOT BUY.

I bought three juicers on Christmas Eve. Two gifts & one for personal use. I started using it Jan. 2nd, and today, Jan. 19th, the motor burned out. GNC near me are out. The next closest GNC which has one juicer left is an hour drive, which means I will spend what I paid for the juicer in gas. It's either that or settle for partial store credit. Hopefully the motors on the two juicers I gave as Christmas gifts won't burn out anytime soon. This was my first time buying such an item from GNC and definitely my last.

This is a great product for the price. It matches up well with the more expensive juicers on the market. It handles all types of fruits and veggies with ease- Clean-up is easy. I love the product!!

The instructions said it comes with a cleaning brush but my box did not have it. I was not going to send it back for that one item.

I bought this juicer about 3-4 months back and it still works great! I juice pretty much everyday so I've put it through some use.

the pulp comes out slightly moist but compared to paying $100+, im not complaining.

I have noticed in the last 2 months that the motor sounds a little finicky and that the blades have dulled, but that being said it still works great, i still have the same juice and it hasnt failed.

I ordered the GNC Deluxe Juicer online (which had its own set of problems). I've had it less than two weeks and the basket was broken and the motor seems to run intermittently. I called GNC's customer service. I was given a Customer Ticket # and was told someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. It has exceeded that time frame and I have yet to hear back from someone. I was really looking forward to this product but am quite disappointed.
