Description

Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which include leucine, isoleucine, and valine, comprise 35-40% of the essential amino acids in the body and are required for the maintenance of muscle during physical stress, such as exercise.* Supplementing with BCAAs helps to promote protein synthesis (muscle building) and spare muscle tissue from being broken down for energy during intense training.*

Supplement Facts
