First time I tried Astravar, I didn't realize that you 'stacked' it with a pre workout..Which is crazy, because I felt a slight pump even with out 1. I researched a bit & tried it w/Top Secret's pre workout. *WoW*~pump+Xtra pump. I always use it on my heavy lifting days, as it provides me so much strength to lift my max.
