Preliminary, though conflicting, animal and human research suggested a role for aspartic acid (in the form of potassium and magnesium aspartate) in reducing fatigue during exercise.1 However, most studies have found aspartic acid useless in improving either athletic performance or the body's response to exercise.2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Schizophrenia
Dose: Refer to label instructionsL-Theanine is an amino acid present almost exclusively in the tea plant. It has been found to have mood-enhancing and relaxing properties. In a double-blind trial that included patients with schizophrenia or a related condition (schizoaffective disorder) who were taking antipsychotic medications, the addition of 400 mg per day of L-theanine for 8 weeks significantly improved anxiety and various other psychiatric symptoms, compared with a placebo. L-Theanine was safe and well tolerated.1

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Twenty amino acids are needed to build the various proteins used in the growth, repair, and maintenance of body tissues. Eleven of these amino acids can be made by the body itself, while the other nine (called essential amino acids) must come from the diet. The essential amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Another amino acid, histidine, is considered semi-essential because the body does not always require dietary sources of it. The nonessential amino acids are arginine, alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamine, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine. Other amino acids, such as carnitine and taurine, are used by the body in ways other than protein-building and are often used therapeutically. L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea that is said to help relieve stress. Beta-alanine has been used to prevent fatigue during exercise.

      I have been using this product for quite some time. I am a female that works 6 days a week. Compared to other products I really like the performance of this product. It gives me energy to workout, but not so much that I can not go to sleep at night. It does not make me bloated. I really notice the affects on my muscles when I use it and when I do not use it. It keeps my muscles tight and makes me have better gains.

        I tried this because someone at GNC recommended it to me and it worked great. I never felt sore after working out and I was gaining more muscle than I was when I was only taking protein and creatine. It also gives a bit of an energy boost and the taste is amazing.

                I stack AminoX with NOxplode 2.0. I take the NOxpode 45 minutes before my work out. Then, I use AminoX at the first stage of my workout. One dose, then plenty of water during the next stages. The NOxplode gives a huge energy boost and the AminoX is AWESOME at increasing stamina and strength. I am very happy with my current regime and would recommend this to those who really want that extra umph in those last sets.
