DESIGNED FOR: Healthy adults 18-50 years of age seeking to support energy, performance, and muscle development during resistance exercise or other forms of fitness training.*

RECOMMENDED USE TO ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of N.O. X-PLODE™ mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume an additional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again.

RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-2 scoops with 5-12 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. If desired, for maximum effect use a third scoop at least 3 hours after using the initial 2 scoops. Do not take more than 2 scoops at a time and do not exceed 3 scoops in one day. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results take on empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).

NON-TRAINING DAYS: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach.

Total caffeine from all sources is approximately 200mg per serving, which is equivalent to two cups of coffee.

It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.

Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

                Amazing product! Just make sure if you have any tolerance to caffeine to take 2 scoops. I'm not a coffee drinker or anything but I only get the full effect when I take the 2 scoops.                 I take 1 Scoop of the watermelon 2.0 every morning 30min before my workout. I do heavy lifting ciruit training. This powers me through my 1 hr workout with only about 30-45sec of rest between sets. I do this 5 days a week.

                My only issue is if I take more than 1 scoop, my stomach is upset during my workout. This is why I take 1 scoop. The 1 scoop does get the job done though.

                On the weekends I take half of a scoop. It wakes me up in the morning and fuels me to do home projects and yard work.

                  I started using this product two years ago, wieghed around 150 and could only bench 135 lbs. Fastforward two years Im 175 lbs. and can bench press 240 lbs. and its all a result of taking NO-Explode along with a protein supplement. GREAT STUFF
