Each one of the pods is detachable which makes it extremely convenient for someone who lifts in the morning and has his vitamins after working out with breakfast at work.
This may only be an issue for me, but my AM pills alone fill up both sides of the pod, mainly due to the size and quantity of fish/flax see oils. Not a big problem though, I simply fill up both sides and use it for my AM supps.- Was this a gift?:

I like the size and flexibility of the individual pods but the hinges are weak and poorly designed making them hard to close and break easily.

Love this organizer! It has AM/PM designated containers, and clips together like a normal weekly pill organizer, but the pill pods detach so you can take a day's worth of vitamins in your purse or gym bag! I love the convenience; I can organize all of my vitamins and medication on a weekly basis, but if I go away for a weekend, I only have to take a couple of the small pods, each marked with a day of the week. This is ingenius!
