Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach. A second capsule may be consumed 4-6 hours later, prior to lunch. If required, an additional third capsule may be taken 4-6 hours after this. DO NOT take Grenade® within 6 hours of intended sleep.

DO NOT consume caffeine, synephrine or thyroid boosting compounds from other sources including, but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine or any other stimulants whatsoever. Grenade® contains caffeine. DO NOT USE this product for longer than 8 weeks and make sure that usage is followed by a 4 week 'off period.' I've used tons of thermogenics over the years and this ranks up there as one of the most powerful! Not for a novice! If you're looking for a thermo that lasts a long time, gives good clean energy then look no further. 30min after taking this definitely eat some food or you may feel nauseous. A lot of these types of pill cause a heat sensation, but I did not feel that with this. A very good add in losing weight in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise program.

This is a GRREEAATTTT product! Those of you that are wanting to lose weight fast, this is the right diet pill for you. I having been trying to lose weight prior to taking Grenade with other weight loss pills and they never worked. With grenade I lost 10lbs the first week!!!! So far I have lost over 30lbs and looking better than ever. Those who have left bad comments about the product was not using it right. You have to diet with a diet pills, of course. You can not take the pills and eat anything, no diet pill is going to work if you do that. Drink nothing but water with Grenade and you will see a BIG difference. I recommend Grenade to everyone that wants to lose weight. Grenade gives you extra energy and has NO crash. I've only took one a day and the results are amazing!!! If you are looking to lose weight or shape up grenade is a sure thing.

Overall lost 8 to 9 pounds. Having to take this on an empty stomach and wait an hour before eating made me feel lightheaded and at times an over medicated feeling. Did'nt really see a change after finishing all the pills. And afterward had bad stomach pains and diareaha for 2 days after I ran out, then a constant migrane for a week. I ran 5 days a week for at least 5 miles, I honestly think that was the sole reason why I lost the pounds i did and not bue to the Grenade supplement.

I purchased this product because it was on sale and figured I'd give it a try. I had been doing CrossFit for about 3 months and had to stop to have hernia surgery around mid-December of 2011. After being out of the gym for a few weeks I had gained a few extra pounds of fat that I needed to get rid of. Not being able to do my regular CrossFit workouts was really killing my cardio and I figured I'd try a fat burner to see if I could shed the extra fat and water weight.
It's been almost 6 weeks since I had the surgery and I've been taking Grenade for about 10 days now and I've noticed some very good results. Not being able to work on my abs after the surgery really left them soft and almost invisible. I can now see my top 4 ab muscles substantially better than I did before I started taking the Grenade. All in all this product has been working for me so far and I'm going to continue taking it for a few more weeks. I should be getting back to my regular CrossFit workouts by mid-February and shouldn't need to use this product anymore.
I have been taking 1 pill in the morning about 20-30 mins prior to breakfast, I take a second pill about 4 hours later prior to lunch and I've also been taking a third about 3-4 hours later before I hit the gym. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it really seems to upset my stomach, though the effect is temporary and only lasts for 15-30 mins after taking a pill. Once my stomach settles down I don't seem to have much of an appetite which I'm guessing means the product is working. As for the energy boost this is supposed to deliver, I can't say I really notice it at all. I've taken a lot of pre-workout supplements that seem to deliver a much better energy boost and pump (C4, 1-MR, Black Powder...just to name a few).
So if you're looking to shed a few pounds I'd give this a try, however if you're looking for something to give your workout a boost I'd recommend trying a pre-workout like C4 Extreme or 1-MR.- My Beauty Routine Takes:

I noticed a lot of people are comparing this to Oxy Elite - dont. OEP contains an ingredient which has just been banned by the US military so use with caution.
