Didn't give me the extra boost I was looking for, go to gym at 5AM so no time for cofffee, etc. Wanted something to take that was quick, easy and effective to get the most out of my work outs, This is not the product.

I don't use a lot of supplements but I do take the occasional energy drink and wanted to try these based on the price. Overall they work just as well as other energy drinks/shots at less cost. Would reconmend these.
