These vitamins are awesome, they include all the DVs plus some extra fruits and veggies ground in to boost your all around health. I feel a lot better throughout the day, and I don't get that vitamin aftertaste in my burps.

A bit pricey but worth it if you are willing to spend more. I will say that I feel energized throughout the day. I can either take 6 in the morning with breakfast or split the serving (3 in the AM and 3 post-workout). I would advise DO NOT take on an empty stomach and do drink at least one gallon of water (128 ounces) per day, especially if you are stacking it with other MP products.
