Good, solid product. The only drawback is the number of pills per serving. Each serving is 8 pills. In the grand scheme of things, that is no big deal at all.

I ride anywhere from 180 to 240 miles a week and before I started taking this product my leg muscles would be very sore the night after the ride and I would need about one day to allow my legs to recover. With this product I am not sore after ride because I take it before,during and after the ride and I am good to do what ever inneed to the next day.
