    Great product for the price! I have had massive gains since using the product. Although it may be psychological along with using the product, I have been able to increase my bench from 450 to 500 in the 2 weeks that I started using the product. Please use as directed, because if you know the science of creatine then you will know why it's not advisable to exceed the recommended dosage. Good job MP!

          Okay so first off I never do these... But the stuff works! I've been on it for about two weeks now... I weighed 158 when I started now I'm 167... Soo a nine pound gain in two weeks... I take it religiously everyday... Pre and post. I take the pre 30 minutes before I work out with Gatorade, don't use water it's chalky. Then post I take it 30 minutes after... With my protein shake. The days I don't work out I still take it. As a side note make sure drink plenty of water too... Done right this creatine is great!

Simply mix with a sports drink and it is splendid. gained mass in under 2 weeks. definite mass and strength.
