First off you need to look at what the items has in it. The main benifit I could see from this item was the ability to increase your endurence by open up the vains and allowing your heart to push the same amount of blood with less work. How dose this affect a workout? It would allow you to last longer with less effort. How dose this affect a weight lifter? I used to lift weights alot and my heart rate was never the issue it was always my muscles burning out. I guess it could be possible that your muscles may not burn out as fast but its doubtfull.
The benifit for this product I do belive would be more for runners. While running if your wanting to run a long distance run one of the key goals is to keep the heart rate down because once it reaches a certain point you will not be able to substain the run. Since taking this product I have already noticed a slight decrease in my heart rate while doing longer runs. I have been able to run faster and still keep my heart rate under a certain point. Its not a huge gain but it is noticeable. I belive if your a runner this product will help alot but if your a weightlifter the product my only slightly help. If not for the price I would give this product 5 stars but the price dose need to be alittle lower mayabe in the low 30's.
I have read alot of reviwes on this product and I do belive most of them are over reaching. The product is fare from amazing but dose help. I would only recomend to a friend if they where a runner if your a weight lifter dont wast your money because there are other products that would better improve your workout. As for a runner this is a great product.
Here is a example the week before I started taking this product I ran 6 miles in 45:22 with a avrage HR of 168BPM that was on a monday. Started taking the product on friday ran a 20:485k on Sat. then ran a 43:30 6 Mile on the following monday with a avrage HR of 165BPM. I have been running for a while and this might not seem like much to most people but not only did i knock of 15 seconds per mile but i also lowered my HR but an avrage of 3BPM. Another thing I noticed is that after a long hard workout my leggs are rarely sore. The first monday my legs where completely drained the next monday my leggs felt good after the workout. I know your body adapts but I have never been able to adapt that fast. Also you dont need to take 4 pills at a time Im only taking two and that would make the bottle last 30 days. If you take 4 it will only last 15 days and then it would be way to exspensive. I got my trail from forcefactors website for 4 bucks shipping. I would recomend getting it there first to see if it suits your workout. this way if not you only lost 4 bucks and no harm done.Pros

I highly recommend this to anyone.B4 Force Factor, my regular time at the gym was about an hour and a half. First day taking this, i feel it working.
