PHYSIOLOGICAL BASIS: “Reactive hyperemia” describes the increase in muscle blood flow that occurs during high-intensity resistance exercise and produces the “pump” associated with increases in muscle size. The NITRAFLEX™ pre-training formula contains ingredients that in vitro, animal and clinical studies suggest possess properties that may help advanced athletes maximize energy, intensity, vascularity and reactive hyperemia (pumps) during their workouts, and provide long-term support of testosterone and nitric oxide levels in the healthy range when used as directed.*
UNIQUE PROPERTIES OF SOME OF THE KEY COMPOUNDS IN NITRAFLEX:- 1-SCOOP POTENCY*: NITRAFLEX is so potent, only 1 scoop (1 serving) is necessary. Do not exceed 1 scoop in a single 24-hour period. Do not take NITRAFLEX with 5 hours of bedtime.
- HIGH CITRULLINE: ARGININE RATIO: Arginine is a proven precursor to nitric oxide (NO), a vasodilator. What most people don’t know is that arginine supplementation stimulates the activity of arginase, an enzyme that breaks down arginine. Over time, this may actually result in reduced arginine and NO levels, in turn causing your preworkout formula to stop working. Training days: Day 1: Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a scoop (½ scoop) of NITRAFLEX™ mixed with 6-8 oz of cold water. Days 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of NITRAFLEX™ with 6-8 oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out.
Non-training days: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) upon arising in the morning or before any physical activity. Do not take more than 1 serving in a single 24-hour period. Do not take within five hours of bedtime.
Optional - Stack NITRAFLEX™ “Tablets”: Take 3-4 NITRAFLEX Stimulant-Free Tablets with 1 scoop of NITRAFLEX Powder 30 minutes before training for more dramatic effects.

[2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

I take this everyday before I workout and I love how it makes me feel. I have never been interested in test boosters before but received a sample with protein that I bought so figured I would try it and now I don't want to go without it. I am 42 years old and just started working out about 6 months ago so I am still out of shape but this really helps me push myself harder during my workouts and on days when I am not feeling motivated really gets me over the hump and makes me want to workout. The only negative is that it tastes pretty bad but for the feeling this gives me I could drink 8 oz of anything. As I said earlier I have never had any test boosters but I would definetly recommend trying this.

I just finished my first workout after taking the product. After reading some of the reviews, and speaking with a GNC employee who had so many good things to say about GAT Nitraflex, I was extremely excited to try this stuff. If you're looking to experience the same effects that pre-workout supplements such as Jack3d, Cellucor C4, or Muscle Pharm's Assault gives you, this is not the one to go with. I found this to be more of a focus based supplement. I have taken pre's such as the 3 above mentioned, White Flood, Superpump, Black Powder, NO Explode, and many others. This one just didn't impress me as much as I was hoping. It could very well be that I need to take this product for a couple of weeks to really feel the effects, but after my first workout I have nothing really positive or negative to say about it. I'm always looking for that one supplement that will help me get that one extra rep out, and this one just didn't do it for me. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it did get me through my workout. The taste really isn't all that bad (green apple). A little bitter, but I like sour things, so I didn't mind it. It also mixes well in water. I'll write another review in a couple of weeks if anything changes.

I used this mostly pre-workout though it is better to use daily for testosterone purposes. Loved it at first, but the taste got old, too much stimulant, and the beta alanine itch feeling really wasnt there. If your looking for a strong stim and a great pump you should definitely give this product a shot, though id suggest trying fruit punch.

This is by far, the best pre-workout I've ever taken. The pump is great and I have great workouts with it. I feel like I can lift forever. The only bad thing is that I think the green apple flavor tastes horrible. But that's just my opinoin. I had a sample of the fruit punch and it was much better.

I was skeptical when i first purchased this due to the packaging and stout claims. The very firsty time i took this i was extremely wired and my workout pumps and intesity were significantly increased compared to many other pre-workouts i have taken. I have been using this product for about 2-3 weeks now and have added 100lbs to my squat and 100lbs to my bench (no lie). I also have not noticed my body developing a hiigher tolerance for it. I also noticed that it mixed very well with water and suited my taste quite well. END OF STORY THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST PRE-WORKOUT ON THE PLANET NO [*].

Not a bad product. First week of use I noticed significant difference in work out. After that I was back to normal. I feel good while on it, no side effects, seem to have a little more energy getting those extra miles on the treadmill. This product actually helped me go from running my normal 20-30 minutes to 45-55 minutes now. I feel it's helping.
Taste isn't all that great. Really doesn't mix with anything else very well as the flavor overtakes anything.Pros

Take this well before bed time unless you don't mind laying there moving around because you're full of energy. The taste is so so. We all taste things differently but im picky and would defiantly say this one of the better tasting pre out there. Its almost like drinking green apple juice... Almost.I have noticed a great increase in stamina, endurance, speed, and mass. So far, so good, and I am on day three as of this afternoon using this product. I rate it 5 stars and happy with the purchase at a low [$], yeah not complaining here. I'll Review it in a month after I have taken the whole supply.

I hit a time where I was just not getting any stronger so I started searching for something with a test booster. This stuff doesnt taste very good but I used one container and I went to new heights. My bench went up 20 pounds and lifting just felt much easier. I ran out and only one week later I went back to the same old same old. This stuff really does work and I am on my second container.
