      Lost 20 lbs, much leaner now. Cholesterol lower. Take 50 grams a day - but worked up to it. I think its defining for human health that we eat 30-50 g of soluble fiber a day. It honestly has changed my life. I also love the taste. My system no longer keeps digestion inside for so long extracting every last calorie and toxin. I am in a harmony and balance that looks and feels great!
